The M-72 Recreational Storage Condominium Association is a storage complex located at 5800 and 5802 Shugart Lane, in the Commerce Park industrial park off M-72 about 6 miles from the heart of Traverse City Michigan.
This is a 19 unit industrial storage complex composed of eleven 40' and eight 50' units used for storage of recreational and personal property. There are restrictions that prohibit commercial and retail oriented activities in the complex.
There is a annual association fee due in January and annual electrical usage is billed in July. Co-owners are responsible for interior maintenance and repairs, property taxes, phone and electric services. The co-owners association is responsible for all maintenance and repairs of the common element.
Each unit is 21 feet wide with interior ceiling of 17 feet. Available utilities include propane, phone, electric, water, alarm and sewer service. All units have a personnel door and a 14' x 14' cargo door. The complex is well lighted and patrolled regularly.
